• Duties:  Develop new recipes and conduct product reformulations; research and facilitate the evaluation and selection of externally prepared menu items; and coordinate and oversee taste panels.
• Qualifications: A creative, imaginative and enthusiastic individual with an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree with a concentration in Culinary Arts; two years work experience in food preparation/recipe development; knowledge of nutrition and high volume cooking with a minimum of two years experience with customers in a service-oriented environment; Microsoft Office experience necessary with an intermediate comfort level with Excel.  Position may require local travel.

• Duties: Assist with the preparation of high quality meals following established recipes.
• Qualifications: Six months to one year of high volume food preparation and service experience preferred; strong math skills; food safety knowledge; the ability to stand for seven or more hours a day, the ability to frequently bend, twist, pull, push, stretch, and lift (including overhead lifting); strong math skills.  Regularly lifts up to 60 pounds and exert up to 100 pounds of force.  Will be exposed to extreme temperatures, powdery ingredients and spices, and handle cold items.
